Booking the villa in Mijas Pueblo
The Mijas villa apartment is available for rent and rental start dates are flexible with the rent being £850 per week in June, July, August and September, £695 in April, May and October, and the rest of the year £650 per week. A third deposit is required upon booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday. Rental includes bed linen, personal towels, all power and free internet. There is a Good House Keeping deposit of £150 to be paid which is fully refundable if no breakages etc occur.
Please read the community rules in full as a booking is an acceptance of these rules. The community rules do not allow inflatables in the pool, the playing of music or ball games in the garden. The community facilities (garden, pool and parking area) are for residents only.
Long lets of four weeks or more duration available from November to end of March at £260 per week, which includes power, water and internet charges.
